The weather is hot, which means it’s time to bring on the beverages! In this post I’m sharing this incredible boozy strawberry peach lemonade that’s always on the menu when I have cookouts!
For this recipe you’ll need some peaches, and strawberries. You can use fresh, or frozen. However My written recipe for this lemon will be using fresh fruit.
You’ll also need some spiced rum, and vodka for this boozy lemonade! Use your favorite brands.

Boozy Strawberry Peach Lemonade
2 cups chopped strawberries, hull and stem removed
2 cups chopped peaches, seed removed
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
2 cups fresh lemon juice (about 6–8 large lemons)
6 cups water
1 cup Peach vodka
1 cup Spiced Rum
Strawberries and lemons sliced for garnish.
Prepare your strawberries, and peaches.
Set to the side.
In a medium saucepan add your strawberries, peaches, sugar and ½ cup water in a medium saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until light bubbles form.
Reduce the heat to low and let the fruit reduce, about 10 minutes.
Pour the fruit into a blender.
Let cool for 20 minutes.
Turn the blender on high and blend until well combined.
Using a strainer, pour your fruit into a pitcher.
Add lemon juice and 4 cups of water.
Now add your 1 cup of peach vodka, and 1 cup of spiced rum.
Mix to combine.
Now place it in the fridge to cool.
Garnish with fresh sliced strawberries, lemons and more.
Serve lemonade over ice!
