Easy White Chicken Chili Recipe


1 whole rotisserie chicken
1/2 onion, diced
2 jalapeños, seeds removed and diced.
2 (15-oz) cans navy beans, rinsed and drained
2 (15-oz) canned corn, drained
1 (4-oz) can, diced green chiles, drained
3 cups low chicken broth
1 White chicken chili packet


Turn your Instant Pot to saute’.
Place the chicken, onions and jalapeños into the pressure cooker.
Cook until the onion turns translucent.
Pour in the beans, corn, green chiles, and the broth.
Then stir in the seasonings.
Cover with the lid and set valve to sealing position.
Cook on manual setting for 15 minutes followed by a quick pressure release.
Stir and serve.
Can garnish with jalapeños and cheese.
