Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz Box Farfalle Pasta
  • ¼- ½ cup Greek Dressing
  • 8 oz Feta Cheese
  • 1 large Red Onion
  • 8 oz Hard Salami
  • 6 oz Black Olives
  • 1 pint Grape Tomatoes
  • 5 oz. Fresh Spinach

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until it’s nice and tender.
  2. While the pasta is cooking clean all the vegetables such as the spinach, and the tomatoes.
  3. Once the pasta is done, drain the water & rinse the pasta with cool water.
  4. Set the pasta aside.
  5. Grab the tomatoes, and slice them in half.
  6. Drain any liquid that may be with the olives.
  7. Chop the salami into small bite sized pieces.
  8. Thinly slice the onion.
  9. Toss the pasta into a large serving dish, and pour in the greek dressing and coat the pasta. Fold the pasta.
  10. Add the tomatoes, black olives, salami, baby spinach and red onion into the dish. Stir to combine.
  11. Crumble the feta over the pasta and then stir to combine.
  12. Refrigerate the pasta overnight so the flavors can marry.
  13. The next day, be sure to add more greek dressing before serving as some of the liquid will absorb into the pasta overnight.
  14. Serve.
