Caramel Apple Vodka

This homemade caramel apple vodka is a great adult drink for the fall season! 



  • 4 large apples peeled (cored, diced– 1 for each jar)
  • 40 caramel squares – 10 for each jar
  • 4 cups vodka– 1 cup each jar
  • 4 8-10 oz mason jar’s with a lid


  1. Peel, core and dice a large apple and put it into a the mason jar.
  2. Repeat process for each mason jar.
  3. Unwrap your caramel candies and place 10 in each jar.
  4. Fill your jar with vodka until 1/2 inch away from the top.
  5. Shake to combine.
  6. Store in a cool place for two weeks.
  7. Once you open it and strain the liquor through a cheesecloth into a large pitcher.
  8. Throw away the fruit and candy.
  9. Pour your liquor back into the mason jars.
  10. Store in your refrigerator.
