Ingredients

·         1 tbsp. vegetable oil

·         1 large white onion

·         1 red bell pepper

·         2 cloves garlic (minced)

·         2 lbs. ground beef

·         30 oz cans diced tomatoes

·         15 oz can tomato sauce

·         1/4 cup light brown sugar

·         1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

·         1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

·         3 tbsp. hot sauce

·         12 oz package egg noodles

·         2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese

Instructions

1.      Saute onion, bell pepper, and garlic in vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
