
If you love salsa like I do, you’re going to love this sweet blueberry, and tomato salsa! My yummy salsa is packed with fresh garden fresh blueberries, sun kissed tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.

This blueberry salsa pairs well with tortilla chips, but can also be eaten alone!

When I make this salsa, I usually gather up all of the fresh ingredients from my garden. There’s nothing like picking your own fruits, and vegetable out of your own garden.

For this sweet blueberry, and tomato salsa you will need
- Fresh blueberries
- Tomatoes
- Diced red onions
- cilantro
- Jalapeños
- Bell pepper
- Lemon juice
- Salt

Ingredients
3 cups fresh blueberries cut in half
1 bunch fresh cilantro, stems removed, chopped
3 jalapeños, minced, seeds removed
1 red onion, minced
2 red bell peppers, diced small, seeds removed
½ tsp. salt
1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
Wash and pat dry your blueberries.
Cut the blueberries in half.
Set to the side.
Dice your onion, cilantro, red onion, red bell peppers, and jalapeno.
Add in your salt, and lemon juice.
Stir until combined.
